I tried, but the only support available is the online community forum and I can't get in because of too many redirected pages according to the Safari message. I have gotten at least 6 prompts to download the Adobe installer for this update over the last couple of months. I download it and hit install-each time it just hangs up for hours until I eject it. Running the latest El Capitan, enabling Javascript and so I am out of clues.
If you're looking for the update file to bring an earlier version (e.g. 11.0.10) to the latest, you can at ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/reader/mac/11.x/11.0.16/misc/. AFAIK, the latest full install of version 11 is available at ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/reader/mac/11.x/11.0.10/en_US/.
