i have forgeted my apple id
sir i have restored my iphone 5 with apple restore but i have no acess to my apple id nor the recovery methods.
please help me

Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support
You will need to provide a valid email they can lookup and verify with you over the phone for proof of ownership of said Apple ID.
