I was hacked by a hacker using Light talk app. Please help!

My iphone6 was recently hacked into thru an app called light talk. I've reset my phone and deleted the app but I still can see light talk in another app called Qq. How can I get rid of it!

iPhone 6, iOS 9.3.2

Unless you installed your copy of 9.3.2 through unofficial means or modified it, you are not being "hacked" by these apps.
