Why my iPhone 6s have only 1690mAh. Why not 1715mAh

The real question is, why trust a third-party app to give you that information?

My iPhone battery drain from 88 to 80 in 7 hours I will try test by app.
Your battery went from 88% to 80% in seven hours, and you find that to be a problem? That is using a little more than 1% per hour. Under normal use, mine will use around 3%.
When not use it down from 88 to 80 in 7 hours. But When i use it down 10-16% per hours. it normal ?

Again, depending on your usage. But the 8% discharge when not in use over a 7 hour period sounds quite normal.
