Hmm, I wonder if Apple pulled it, I only find questionable sites hosting it, 32 bit from Apple, & iTunes 12.1.3 from Apple...

In relation to updates, that is a rather old version of iTunes, especially for 64-bit Windows 7. Why would you need a version that old, if I might ask?
