How can I unprotect Apple Music AAC Audio Files?

iTunes Match converted matched songs to Apple Music AAC Audio files that cannot be used by anything other than iTunes. Is there a way I can return these to unprotected versions but still have iTunes access through all devices? I need a format that can be loaded onto my whole house audio server.
