Also, since you just updated, give it some time and see if it gets better after a few recharges. Sometimes these effects are temporary.

Have the same issue, battery draining after ios 9.3.2 upgrade. I haven't seen any satisfactory solution posted anywhere. Will this one fix itself? No replies from Apple support?
