Q: My new texts are no longer populating to the top of the list on my mac. Why is that?

When I get a new texts I have to scroll through all my texts on my mac to find it. Before new messages would populate to the top. What happened?

    Hi,

     

    Have you  tried View Menu > Sort Conversations ?

    Try changing it and Quitting the app and then Restarting the app  and changing it back.
