Q: photos disappeared after latest update

After i updated my iphone 6 to ios 9.3.2 my phone started to act strange. my apps werent properly working and it logged me out of my icloud account. i had to relog in to all my social media accounts and icloud. i noticed all but 9 pictures were gone from my phone. however, i keep getting a pop of screen saying im running out of storage space. i turned my phone off and on and it started to work like normal but my photos didnt come back. theyre save on icloud somehow but i havent been able to find a way to get them back on my phone.
