Q: Full sync for podcasts Not just cloud availability.

When I subscribe to a podcast, I tend to download all episodes to my MBP, as the wifi where I live is poor at best, so I don't know if I'll be able to listen to a complete episode. Why can't I fully sync them to my iPod? When I open the podcast app, the podcast episodes are listed, but all with the cloud icon. This means I have to laboriously click the options for each episode (some podcasts have hundreds!), select 'download' and wait. How can I ensure that the files I have downloaded to my MBP will be properly transferred to my iPod Touch, so that I don't have to wait until I am in a wifi spot to listen to them?? Thanks.
