By looking at hidden files, I noticed that in the Preferences Folder there multiple instances of home sync preferences.
They may be related to different machines, thus interfering with syncing of specific preferences.
Can it be avoided? I want all my machines to have the exact same prefs, dock, desktop, files, paper presets, fonts, name it.
The only thing I have manually modified in the Profile Manager is the whole MAIL folder.
Besides the fact that the two references present by default, ~/Library/Mail/Envelope Index and ~/Library/Mail/AvailableFeeds no longer exist in the Mail V3 folder structure, they are useless.
Using only IMAP accounts it is up to act machine to update mail status with multiple servers and each machine could have individual settings about attachment caches. So it counter productive to have the folder synced.
Other than that I wished everything could get synced, look the same and have the same update status, no matter which desktop or laptop I log into.
Thanks
