how to swap my program from an old to a new mac?
i want to shut down my -imac for a complete cleaning or i want to move to a new imac. how can i take the license of the final cut pro x to my new computer. for adobe i can deactivate

There is no no need to deactivate. The software is associated with your Apple ID, and you can use it in all macs that you personally own and control.
You can directly download the application to the new mac. Go to the App Store, log in with the same Apple ID used to buy it, click on Purchases.
You should see it there. Click on Install.
