I lost Skype audio control via "Command"+"Option"+arrow Up or down keys

Before I could control Skype Audio via "Command"+"Option"+arrow Up or down keys to control Skype volume not uffecting Mac Volume.

Mac Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9.5)
