Q: please help icloud activation

     I am a stupid person I bought the iPad, but I told the seller to do Find for the iPhone by him e-mail, and I told him that download some of the programs. I tell to him to do download programs from the him Apple ID. Then i'm forgotten password and acted format for iPad. iPad request activation of Apple ID and password, and I do not know them anything so the seller is going on vacation if you need i have iPad box please help.
