Apple WatchTry opening Terminal and typing druti eject and press return to manually cycle your optical drive.

Apple WatchJust open Terminal, its an application in the Utilities folder, and type drutil eject and press return. You should hear the drive cycle and hopefully be able to insert discs again. You don't need to select or click on anything....just type with Terminal open.
