Q: Can't buy from the iTunes store
Hi
I'm trying to renew a streaming service subscription as usual, I had no problem before but with iTunes 12.4 it doesn't work anymore. I obviously have enough credit, everything seems to work as normal, I see my subscription as "expired" I click on Renew, then Confirm, then on Done, nothing happens, it's like my computer doesn't even send data to Apple. My account is not charged and my subscription doesn't restart. I can do it 10 times a day, nothing changes, and Apple email support seems to have gone AWOL.
If anyone has an idea about what's happening... I can't even find this issue online. I'm running latest version of El Capitan and iTunes.
