I uesd another Apple ID and it has been locked. My iphone is IP5s
iPhone 5s, iOS 9.3.2
What has been locked? You need to explain exactly what the problem is.

Perhaps you could explain what you mean. Was the other Apple ID yours?
I used another Apple ID for download app analog. After finished download signed out this apple ID already and signed in my apple ID. I made it yesterday but, today my iPhone was reboot by themselves and it must sign in with apple ID. The problem is I don't know what the real password of this account(I mean another apple ID) while I using that password it said "apple ID has been locked"
If it is YOUR ID, you can reset the password at https://iforgot.apple.com
If it is not your ID, talk to the owner of the ID. Apps are permanently tied to the ID used to purchase/download them.
The problem is I can't contact them. I tried to fix it but, it's not working. And now I can't open my iPhone also.
