CarPlay not appearing in iPhone->Settings->General

Siri has to be enabled in order to use CarPlay. So I'd recommend you to first enable Siri in the Settings, and then try using CarPlay.

I've found an alternative solution below

check your Siri settings - Siri must be enabled for CarPlay...

Do you have restrictions set up on your iPhone? CarPlay can be restricted as part of the Restriction settings on your iPhone.

I Have the same problem but I have no restrictions enabled. In fact, carplay dissapeared from Settings after upgrading to 10.0.3 and a Reset All Settings.
