I know that iCloud>Settings can be confusing, but if you go to iCloud.com and Find My iPhone, are you seeing the same device? If you are, you can choose to Erase/Remove it from your account to take the Activation Lock. It is possible that if you own the same model of iPhone (2 iPhones) that that may be your other iPhone though, so attempt the "Play Sound" first to make sure. If the end result is that this was not the account that is presently tethered to your device for the specific purpose of Find My iPhone, then you will want to attempt whatever other Apple ID/iCloud account you might have had on that iPhone.

You can also Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support for additional assistance if you are really scratching your head on this.

That is the wrong Apple ID to be addressing that iPhone. If it states no devices are using Find My iPhone for that Apple ID, that solidifies it. You need to be troubleshooting the Apple ID that was signed into iCloud on that device. Are you able to navigate to Settings>iCloud on the iPhone 5 or are you being presented with this message at the Activate screen?

That's right. The active account requires d*****@gmail.com , I have account duybeng1987@***, I can saw connection between this account and my IMEI iphone and lastest update just some week ago, but i can't active my iphone with this account. What's problem here?

You can have your device registered under one Apple ID, but for the purpose of Find My iPhone, there is nothing restricting you from signing in to the iPhone with another Apple ID for the purpose of iCloud's Find My iPhone. You've seen in iCloud.com that under Find iPhone, your device is not present. This means the account you are logged into on the computer was not the account that was logged in through Settings>iCloud at the time that it was restored. You will want to figure out what account this was.
