13" Macbook (2010) OS 10.11.5
After upgrading to OS 10.11.5 from Yosemite, I now get a frequent popup window wanting to enroll in the "Woodward-Granger Cmnty" program to configure my mac, The only options are skip or get details/enroll. Can't get rid of it. Keeps popping up. Anyone have a suggestion?

Is this in Safari?You might just try restarting Safari while holding the shift key down.
Adware? Try running MalwareBytes http://www.adwaremedic.com/index.php
Not associated with any app. Pops up with no apps running. I'll give adwaremedic a try. Thanks
Tried Malware app. It found no problems. Popups not associated with any app. With no apps running it still occurs periodically. Maybe associated with legitimate Apple enterprise/education device enrollment program that somehow is listing my device ID.
When you get the pop up take a screen shot and post it here so we can bet a look.
This appears in the upper right corner. Clicking on details brings up system preferences:
Cancel removes everything (popup temporarily) leaving syspref (all) displayed. There is no preference pane for profiles after hitting cancel. Woodward-Granger Cmnty might be associated with a school district in Iowa.
Forgot to mention - this is a refurbished MacBook from Apple.

Back up only your files then start into Internet Recovery, Option-Command-R, and erase the Macintosh HD, then install the original version of OS X. OS X: About OS X Recovery - Apple Support
If the problem persists I would make an appointment and take it to the nearest Apple Store and show them what's happening.
