Q: Sent mail is sent to hyperspace if apple mail app can't reach p25-smtp.mail.me.com

I recently moved to Germany and got a new internet provider.

Turns out t-mobile.de do not accept apples mail servers by default. So I have to add;

p25-imap.mail.me.com and

p25-smtp.mail.me.com

to the routers accepted email servers.

Before doing this;

Sent mail will be completely lost, they can not be found in drafts or sent folder and no alert is given.

More and more bugs accumulating in this os and no one fixes them.

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014), OS X El Capitan (10.11.5)

    If you got a different internet provider, then the fact that mail servers were not accepted has to do with the ISP, how would that be an Apple issue, especially since you state that you have to add server names to your router. Seems to me that the router is your issue, and the way the ISP allows for ports being open. I suggest their internal firewall is your issue.
