Q: Hey I am about to edit a movie in Final Cut Pro X for the first time. Advice on what NOT to do?

Hey I am about to edit a full length movie in Final Cut Pro X. Before I dump 100's of my video/audio files in there, is there something I should NOT do? I'm concerned about organizing this amount of files, as this is my first time editing a feature length movie, or any movie! I wouldn't want to say down the road, "****, I shouldn't have done it this way!

Anyone out there learn from their mistakes? Any advice is appreciated!!
