Q: My keyboard won't connect after typing in key

HI,

my wireless key board will not type. I have tried restarting my computer, even holding down the shift key while restarting and then holding down option, control, P and R key, removing it from the bluetooth list. What it does each time it is comnected is really weird. i can type in the keys but when i hit return, it will not connect and then ask me for the key again. please help!
