Q: Photos anf videos in icloud problem
What if a do not save my photos in icloud and then i have to change my card because i change of company, do i lose all my photos and videos?

I am guessing here, but are you asking what happens if you change your credit card used on your iCloud/iTunes account? If your content will disappear? If so, it will not.
If you have to change your Apple ID email address, they will not disappear either. Just be sure to update your devices with the new email for your Apple ID when you do. (You don't have to create a brand new account to update your Apple ID email. You can edit this at https://appleid.apple.com/)
How are you saving your photos and videos in iCloud? Through iCloud Photo Library or through iCloud backups?
