I just got my Beats solo2 Wireless headphones no more than 7 months ago and already the left side of them isnt playing sound (Well it is it just isnt very loud and is off balance with the right). This wouldnt be an issue if I was able to adjust in accesibility like I do with my earbuds, but no matter how I change it it still doesnt play very well. No damage has been done to them ever, They havent been left in dangerous temperatures (cold or hot), they havent been dropped on the ground, no rough handling, but they still broke in this way somehow. Why would they be doing this and how do you/can I fix it?
