Jun 2, 2016 3:24 AM in response to vidhyashankarby Diana.McCall,I assume the AVR has an HDMI output connected to a TV. Is the TV on and selected to that input?
Where do you see "no signal" displayed?
Are your HDMI cables "high speed"? It should be marked on cable or connector.
ATV 4 is pretty fussy about verifying the HDCP chain, and may not provide video if it feels the connection is insecure.

Jun 2, 2016 3:39 AM in response to vidhyashankarby Vinceassociate,As a test, hook the ATV directly to the TV and try it. If it does work, check the video resolution the ATV is set at.
My first suspicion is your Denon is blocking the signal:
- Video signals are not output if the input video signals do not match the monitor’s resolution. In this case, switch the Blu-ray Disc/DVD player’s resolution to a resolution with which the monitor is compatible.
Hooking it directly will verify the ATV is working properly and the issue is just the receiver.
Try working through the video section of this help page and note the video resolution instructions if you get to that step without resolving it.
