Q: Lost partition fusion drive

Hi,

I have imac 27" Retina Late 2015 OS X El Capitan 10.11.5

I split a fusion drive into 3 partition (Mac HD 1TB, JMT Design 750GB, Resource 364GB)

When the pc is turned on, JMT partition is not readable

in check through the disk utility, JMT Design changed to "untitled"

check the following screenshot..

Solution to restore the lost partitions?

Thanks

As far as I know, you can only do 2 partitions on a fusion drive. I battled with one for a week trying to repartition as it was going back to Apple as a DOA unit. I was fortunate to have made a bootable clone out of the box, so I booted into that, erased the entire thing and cloned it back. If you don't have a clone, I'd suggest booting into recovery, erasing the drive and starting over by reinstalling. That is the all I can help with as I replaced the iMac with the fusion drive with one with a regular drive you can actually control.
