Q: I dropped my iPhone 5 something into Halong Bay

We were kayaking in Halong Bay and I decided to take some Selfies of us, when suddenly my iPhone 5 s or c slipped through my fingers into the river. Fortunately it was quite a shallow area and my arm reached it after about 5 minutes of panic with the kayak moving and mobile was going under the sandy riverbed. 

We were advised to blow a hairdryer on it when we got back to the hotel, which we did - and it worked gradually. Took about 2 days for it to came back 100% to its old self.

This isn't a question, but to let people know that hairdryers can do more than dry hair, and also to know that iPhones are geniuses.
