How do I get my computer to stop spinning loading in the log in screen to get it to go to my applications..
MacBook Pro (13-inch Late 2011), I updated to 10.75 osx it restarted

Try this basic sequence:
Reset the SMC and the NVRAM:

Then try a Safe Boot:
