i'm using iphone 6s version 9.3.2(13F69) and Carrier is Zain KSA 24.1 but phone is not take signal

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.2.1

actually when i go to cellular data setting there is no option to fix data on 2G,3G,LTE there is only have option off,Voice & Data,only Data
