how can I reset my iPhone without Apple ID when Fine My iPhone is On

I got iPhone from my friend.

but, I can not reset my iPhone, it needs Apple ID and pasword.

it says Fine My iPhone is ON.

I can not communicate with my friends, because he die since traffical accident.

how can I resolve this issue?
