Q: iPad 2 cant find wifi ios 9   (9.3.1)

let me start off by saying... i'm angry. recently i updated to ios 9.3.1 because i wasn't able to download a few apps ( as i was on ios 7.1 )

after i updated, i was wondering why i couldn't find my WiFi, after trying for hours i finally found it and connected, tried downloading an app and less than 10 min later it as disconnected again and i couldn't find it. i tried MANY solutions since multiple people have this issue, i still didn't get it to work, so now i'm really angry and regret updating to ios 9.. at least before i could use my iPad.

i need a solution if anyone has any. and please dont tell me to "turn wifi off and back on again" ive tried that at least 50 times.. i reset my network settings, disabled wifi networking in privacy>location services>system services (someone told me to do this) and i even restarted multiple times
