Q: Disney movies anywhere wont connect to itunes

When I try to connect the two accounts from the Disney Movies Anywhere website, it just redirects me to download itunes, but I already have itunes installed. How do I connect these two accounts?

Try temporarily setting Internet Explorer as your default browser. It should be able to handle links into the iTunes Store properly.

I'm running windows 10, so I tried using Microsoft edge since it replaced Internet Explorer, but it still takes me to the itunes download page. I normally use Google Chrome as my default Web browser but it does the same thing.

Well that seemed like a waste of time. I downloaded Firefox just to try it and that seemed to do the trick. Thanks for the help though!

Internet Explorer is still installed on Windows 10. See http://www.windowscentral.com/how-find-internet-explorer-windows-10-if-you-reall y-need-it
