Apple's Maps can't access my current location

I do not know what happened, i believe something went wrong after i updated in between ios 9.2 or 9.3. It's been a while since i used Maps on apple, it was just two days ago that i tried ticking of a certain location from my current location to a certain place like say a Caffe nearby, sadly Maps don't seem to figure out my current location. I tried to restart my iPad but it didn't work, tried to turn off the location and toggle it back on but it didn't do any good either. Any help out there?
