Text message not able to send.

I can't send the text messages to others but i am able to receive the text message from others. I followed lot of steps like reset network setting and message turn off and on face time turn off and on but still i haven't send the text message to my friends. where is the problem and why this problem persists, i have used i phone 6 (IOS9.3.2). Also i checked with my network carries and they said there is no issue in carrier settings. Please let me how to recover that issue.
