Q: Put in to low of a birth date for apple id

Or you could try contacting iTunes Support and see if they could change the date of birth on the account : https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html

Jun 2, 2016 9:29 AMby Action-led-lights,I tried using a different email address but I think my previous attempt was remembered on the computer and even though I then entered the correct birth date it still responded with the error of too low an age. I switched to a different computer and then was able to set up an account with the second email account
