I see that this is your first post on Apple Support Communities. Welcome! iCloud is great for sharing content - let's get this back on track for you.
Restarting your iPhone was a great place to start. If that hasn't helped, let's work to sign out of iCloud. We'll sign in again after this step. It's a good idea to complete any backups or photo uploads that are currently in progress before going through this step.
This article has the steps we need: Sign in with a different Apple ID on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
iCloud
- Tap Settings > iCloud on your iOS device. If you see the option to sign in, you can change your Apple ID now.
- Scroll down and tap Sign Out.

- Tap Sign Out again to confirm. After you sign out of iCloud, you might not be able to access some of your data that's stored in iCloud until you sign in again. If you're part of a family, you need to sign back in to use Family Sharing.
- Choose Keep on My iPhone or Delete from My iPhone when you're asked what you want to do with your iCloud data.
- Enter your password to sign out.
- Go to Settings > iCloud and enter your Apple ID and password.
- Tap Sign In.
Be sure to use the same Apple ID when signing back in, since our goal isn't to change the Apple ID that's signed in. If this doesn't fully solve your issue, would you be able to provide a bit more detail on if these contacts are stored in iCloud or created elsewhere?
I hope this helps. Enjoy your weekend!
