Q: My IPod 5 is VERY SLOW and GLITCHY

I have had my iPod 5 for awhile and has been a great device with quick response time and was great ........ But,seems like around the time iOS 9 hit my iPod it has been terrible takes about 2 minutes to power on (used to be about 30 seconds) and once it comes up it wont slide to unlock then goes to sleep and sometimes turns off but when it doesn't u can't just wake it up with power button or home button u have to wait about a min before it wakes up then it usually will slide to unlock but then u get to enter ur passcode and it freezes 2 digits into ur passcode and then finally u get into iPod and takes a bit before u can slide the screen and then it takes awhile before u can open an app . I've tried everything hard reset ,factory reset back ups idk what else to do . Do u think the Apple Store will do anything about it .
