    You are not addressing Apple here. This is a user to user forum. Contact Apple directly, provide your case number and see if they wish you to share the video and send it to them in a way they recommend. They will not see it here.

    ok, well i just got off the phone with apple leting them know i uploaded the video. someone from apple should be looking at the video sooner or later

    If you provided them with the link that you posted here when you spoke to them on the phone, then yes, they should be looking at it, however Apple does not participate here on the forum. That is why I said you need to let them know in the method they tell you to use such as emailing them the link.

    Why do you think Apple would want to see your video? I watchd it and I feel like you now owe me 23 minutes of my life that I'll never get back. That's what happens to old worn out Li-poly batteries. If they're not replaced when they fail that's a pretty common reaction. Spend the money to get a new battery and be happy that you've got a nice late 2009 Macbook for $150.
