Q: Why does my iPhone 6 randomly loose service and signal?

28 days ago I purchased a used black & slate factory unlocked 16GB Apple iPhone 6 for $355.00 and the sellerStraight Talk compatible and I shouldn't have any problems with it, it was  only working for a half a day and that's when the phone startjng to ask like this... I have the right compatible Nano Sims Card and everything but I've had nothing but trouble with it. One minute ill have service & signal.. The next minute I won't have anything.. I've  also tried contacting Straight Talk several times and I explained the problem to them and they tell me that my phones T-Moblie and "isn't"!'compatible and its carrier is T-Mobile..They just keep repeating there selves.. I'm tired of fighting with Straught Talk 24/7. I have to have a phone for my children, doctors, my job ect.. Please please someone help me fix this phone...

    Hello Diane Mckinney,

     

    From what I understand, you purchased an iPhone 6 second hand under the impression that it would work with Straight Talk Wireless. Once you received this iPhone, you spoke with Straight Talk and they explained that the iPhone you have will only work with T-Mobile. 

     

    This sounds like the iPhone is locked with T-Mobile. If the iPhone was activated by T-Mobile and locked by T-Mobile you will want to contact them directly to determine the eligibility to get the iPhone unlocked.
