when Im using turn by turn navigation on the apple watch map it doesn't have the option to start the navigation, instead "INFO and CLEAR" are my only choices on the menu. what is the problem with that? how can I start my navigation straight from my watch? please help thank you

before the map gets directions the start is still visible and still not interactive but when the loading is done the start will gone and change to "iinfo" what should I do?

The availability of certain iOS features varies by region.
Turn-by-Turn Navigation for Maps is not presently available in the Philippines.

but in my iphone the turn by turn feature is working only on my apple watch it doesn't working
Directions (available in the Philippines) is different to Turn-by-Turn Navigation (where Maps follows your progress and provides turn-by-turn directions to your destination).
