Hi,
I'm trying to renew my hulu plus subscription which I've done through iTunes. Problem is, I'm in the iTunes app on my Mac, and when I click on Subscribe, nothing happens. I can click "Done" but the screen doesn't budge. So it's not stuck or anything, it just doesn't do anything.
Any help here is greatly appreciated, it's driving me nuts!

So I see where it says subscriptions, then when I tap on that, it does nothing. It just sits there. Its so weird- i get the exact same thing on itunes from my desktop and laptop as well. See the screenshot? I am clicking the Manage button over and over. Nothing happens. Same on my iphone. When I hit the Subscription button in the Account Settings tab it won't even do anything at all. Pulling my hair out! I've spent at least an hour trying to figure this out.
What happens when you try from your phone?
I just realized, I can do that too. I don't know why, but on the Mac nothing happens. On my iPad, it refreshed instantly. Great advice, thanks a lot!
App Store. Swipe to the bottom of the main screen. Tap on the button with your Apple ID on it. Tap View Apple ID. Enter your passcode. Tap "Manage" under Subscriptions.

i tend to not like using iTunes for subscription from these services,, although its paying all under 'one roof' so to speak,, Hulu limites u in some cases with your billing if u pay via iTunes.. Your limited.
e.g u cannot redeem Hulu voucher, or Netflix, u cannot switch back and fourth between Netflix billing and iTunes with active subscription..
And Apple also takes their fair share with 'No Commercials' .... 😝 so is slightly higher price. that gets deducted. vs going via Hulu directly.
Why should i pay $13 vs $11.99? for example when going via hulu website directly.
