how to set up family sharing on ipod
How do I set up family sharing. I purchased an iPod touch 6th generation for my 11 year old.

Family Sharing is really simple to set up.
On your iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch:
Assuming that you want to be the 'Organizer' of the family, using your iOS device go into Settings > iCloud > Set Up Family Sharing > Get Started. Then follow the steps. To invite your child, on your device, go into Settings > iCloud > Family > Add Family Member. Make sure he/she has an email address, linked with their Apple ID. Enter their email address and follow the on-screen instructions. Your child should have received an invitation on their device.
Note: Make sure your device has at least iOS 8 (iPhone 4S and up, iPad 2 and up, iPad Mini and up, iPod Touch 5G and up) or OS X Yosemite.
