Q: Cellular Data Usage stopped working after I restored my data to new phone

I just bought an iPhone 6 from a friend of mine. I restored everything from my old iPhone 5S to it and the Cellular Data Usage in the iPhone 6 stays at 0 bytes even though I use a lot of things like Facebook, Youtube and web surfing with Safari.

I tried to restore it with iTunes then used "Set up as a new iPhone" option. I saw that the Cellular Data Usage did count to few MB when I open Facebook app. I restored my data using the iTunes and the problem is there once again.

Please help me to fix this as I can't lose app data as well as Photos to "Set up as a new iPhone", it'll cause me a lot of trouble
