Q: Unable to access iTunes Store from iPhone 5 running iOS 9.3.2
Hello,
I'm trying to access iTunes store from my iPhone 5 running latest iOS 9.3.2. When I open the Videos app, I see the message, "No Content. You can download videos from the iTunes Store". However, I don't see any buttons or anything I can use to navigate. No search option and nothing.
I tried going for iTunes Store app from the app store. I see a link 'Visit iTunes store', but tapping on it is taking me nowhere. Seems like I'm stuck somewhere.
What's the issue? Any suggestions?

You need to go to the iTunes Store app :
If you can't find that app on your phone (does it show via the phone's spotlight search screen ?) then check to see if you've hidden it via Settings > General > Restrictions > iTunes Store 'off'
