Q: Trouble with Syncing to iTunes

Okay So Recently I got a new phone from my friend which I bought, I signed into my apple account and tried syncing it to itunes on my computer, It doesnt seem to work, I've tried reinstalling iTunes, using the cable, restarting my computer. I also downloaded the up-to date one but it still doesnt work? Please help me!

Ive also tried changing usb slots on my computer but doesn't seem to work.
