i am really kind of getting desperate here!
someone created an apple id using my gmail address! this person created the ID and setup security questions i have managed to login to this account, but i cant change the security questions! is there anyway i can regain control over my ID?!
i have never lived in India, and this account is associated with the indian istore!
i dont know if im posting this in the right community! any help would be greatly appreciated!
If you logged into this account, then you have access to change anything you want. First and foremost, change your password!
Only iTunes Support can potentially delete an account, and to do that they would presumably have to be able to confirm that it's your account.
If you log into the account on http://appleid.apple.com are you able to change the primary email address on it to something else (e.g. create a new email account on http://gmail.com or http://hotmail.com), so that you can then try creating a new account with your email address : Change your Apple ID - Apple Support ?

First let me thank you for your time to read and reply my question!
I have logged in to my account and I have changed the password!
Problem is, I can't change much more! Every time I try to change my address, 2 security questions come up, and there is no way for me to answer them (what was the name of the guys first pet????)
Só now, I'm stuck using my email address as an apple Id with someone else's details!
Is there no way to just delete that Apple ID and start over?

It's a bit hard to do that right now, since at the moment I don't have access to a computer! And the mobile Internet here (Mozambique) is kind of slow and unstable!
I will try doing that as soon as I get home, although I'm pretty sure it's going to ask me security questions! But hey, fingers crossed! Worth a try!
BTW, do you know of any email address to contact Apple?!
