Q: Apple ID sign in won't work

Whenever I try to sign into my Apple ID, my information is accepted but it doesn't allow for me to login or show that my account has been accessed. I've reset my phone multiple times, reset my apple id password, checked the wifi, time zone,etc. Should I make a new

account? What can I do to fix this problem?
