I purchased and downloaded a course via Craftsy but it's not what I wanted and not to get a refund it says I have to go to ITunes, I went to my ITunes account and tried to apply for a refund but it says it "can't help me" , Craftsy won't refund because I purchased the course via the app, lesson learned, never again! Has anyone had a similar experience with courses purchased via an app?
