Is there a way to see in-app purchases on an iPad

I purchased some credits in an app but the dev shows less than I was billed for. My bank statement confirms my count but I only find receipts from Apple for a different amount that coincides with neither my number nor the dev. I don't have a computer available at the moment so I can't connect through iTunes. The Support page only has an iTunes example. Is there a way to view them via my iPad.
